By downloading, installing, or using Panda Banana ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Panda Banana is a dance video creation app that allows users to:

Unlock animated dance characters by verifying access to original dance videos
Record videos with animated character overlays
Export and share dance videos

User Content

Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos you record using the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Any content you create, store, or share using the App
Ensuring you have the right to use any videos you reference for unlocking characters
Complying with copyright and intellectual property laws

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
Circumvent any usage limitations or security measures
Attempt to bypass the character unlock verification system

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, animated characters, and code, is owned by CaffeineMonday Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its characters without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
The App will meet your specific requirements
Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
